Exercise 1: Document agreed upon SMART goals

To ensure you are clear about the goals you and your manager agreed on, complete this checklist. SMART goals are:

Specific = how you will know when you are done, what will have happened?
Measurable = how are goals completed?
Accountable = are YOU accountable, not someone else (goals are out of your control)?
Relative = do goals relate to the company mission?
Timely = what is your time frame?
